Absolutely we are here to help!
You can chat with library staff, chat is available when the floating box at the bottom right of the library page is orange. Someone will be there to chat with you 8.30 - 4.30 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 - 3.30 Friday.
If Chat is unavailable you can click the Ask the library button, enter your question and we will reply to you by email.
